Canadian Style Bagel - 1 (Montreal)

Montreal bagels are different from other bagels due to their sweet, dense, and chewy texture, which comes from being boiled in honey-sweetened water.

The honey-boiled dough gives Montreal bagels a distinct, subtle sweetness that is often absent in other styles.

Traditional Montreal bagels are most commonly topped with either poppy or white sesame seeds. We added everything (all dressed) to the choices.
