The Difference

The merging of two iconic bagels has resulted in a delicious combination. From the slightly sweet dense and soft interior to the crunchy crust, it offers the best of both worlds!

Montreal-style Bagels are small, dense, sweet, and baked in a wood-burning oven

New York-style Bagels are less sweet, fluffier and baked in a rotating convection or conventional oven

The Difference

Our Bagels

Our bagels contain no preservatives, so they're best enjoyed fresh or frozen. Here's how to keep them at their best:

Freeze for longest freshness: Slice your bagels, freeze them, and they'll stay fresh for up to three months. A quick 20 minute thaw out of the freezer or 20 seconds in the microwave is best. Toast straight from the freezer for a warm, fresh bagel anytime.

Refrigerator temperature storage: Keep bagels in an airtight container for two to three days in your refrigerator for maximum freshness.
